About this notice

Book the Wheels is a business registered in British Columbia, Canada. This notice covers our public pre-launch information website and enquiries sent to us. Public account registration and booking services are not open yet. We will publish the applicable service privacy information before those features launch.

Information we receive

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any name or other information you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or identity documents to our general support inbox.

Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser details to deliver the website, maintain security and investigate errors. This information website does not use advertising trackers, optional analytics, account cookies or forms.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, provide support, manage business discussions and meet applicable obligations. Technical information supports website delivery, security and troubleshooting. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for website hosting and business email, including Zoho for our support mailbox. They process information to provide these services. Information may be processed outside your country, including outside Canada, and may be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legitimate rights and security. We do not sell personal information.

Keeping and protecting information

We limit access to enquiry information and use account security controls. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records and applicable legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it when no longer needed. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee complete security.
